The purpose of the Site is to provide travelers with contact details of vaccination centers and health care professionals nearest to their address. You only have to provide the postal code of your address and your travel destination to use the search engine of the Site, but no further information is required. Thus it is important to note that no Personal Data is collected through your use of the Site.

However, if you decide to contact us directly at our contact details provided under Section 14 of this Policy, we may collect Personal Data e.g. your name, address, telephone number, email address, voluntarily provided by you. Some of this information may relate to your health, which is particularly sensitive. We may also collect information relating to adverse events.

A Data Controller is the one determining the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data. Valneva Austria GmbH, with its principal place of business at Campus Vienna Biocenter 3, 1030 Vienna, Austria, will collect and process your information as Data Controller.

Valneva processes your Personal Data on defined legal grounds. If you decide to contact us directly you give us your consent that we may process your Personal Data to answer your enquiry.   • names and other contact details of patients who use our products and their physicians and, in certain circumstances, sensitive personal data, and patient medical history, for example, where we have received a report of an adverse event;

Please note that if you wish to subscribe and connect your personal social media account to our Site, e.g. if you would like to share information on your own social media account, certain Personal Data will be shared with us such as Personal Data linked to your profile or your friends profiles on the applicable social media account.

Valneva collects Personal Data to reply to your requests, enquiries and comments.
